Tommaso is a Partner at Neurone, where he oversees investments in Energy and Robotics/Hardware Automation and leads the firm's Company Building initiatives. He spearheaded Neurone’s investment in companies such as VIAM and serves as an Observer on the Rimac Group Supervisory Board.

Previously, Tommaso was a management consultant specializing in the energy and industrial sectors. He is fluent in Italian (mother tongue), English, and Spanish, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Bocconi as well as a Double Degree with honors from ESADE and HEC.

Ekaterina joined Neurone in 2020 and supports the corporate administration of several Group companies. Her responsibilities include coordinating corporate documentation, managing banking relationships, assisting with bank account openings and overseeing payment instructions and day-to-day administrative matters.

Prior to joining Neurone, Ekaterina gained more than ten years of experience in the banking sector, where she was responsible for payment execution, client liaison, corporate documentation and banking procedures. She holds a Diploma in Organisation Management and speaks Russian, English and Greek.

Biagio brings an international background in venture capital, corporate finance and financial accounting. Throughout his career he has gained experience in financial analysis, credit risk management, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, working across multinational organisations in Europe and Asia.

At Neurone, he supports financial operations and investment activities, contributing to the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives. Biagio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bari and is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification.

Carlotta is a dual-qualified Swiss lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) and Italian attorney-at-law (Avvocato) with over 15 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and business owners in an international context. As General Counsel of Neurone Group, she oversees all contractual matters, corporate affairs, and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on current and future investments, as well as new strategic projects. Her versatile expertise allows her to navigate a broad spectrum of legal issues with a strategic, business-oriented approach, ensuring effective legal solutions aligned with corporate objectives.

Serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Co-founder of Prima Assicurazioni, Bravoavia (acquired by Bravofly), Emaze, Neulabs and Biocentis, with a total value of more than €3bn. Founder and partner of Neurone Group. Investment portfolio of over 80 investments with 14 successful exits. Attracted €500M+ in funding for co-funded companies from top institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Carlyle.

Rebecca joined Neurone in 2022 and serves as Head of Finance for Cyprus. She oversees the finance activities of the Group’s Cyprus entities, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury operations, payroll, tax compliance and audit coordination.

Prior to joining Neurone, Rebecca trained with KPMG and subsequently worked at BDO Cyprus, where she progressed to Senior Auditor and managed audit engagements for local and international clients. She is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and has also completed professional certifications in Cyprus Corporate and Business Law and Cyprus Taxation.

Elena joined Neurone Capital in 2025 and supports the company’s bookkeeping, financial reporting and financial planning and analysis activities.

Prior to joining Neurone, she spent more than eight years with Evoserve Auditors, where she was responsible for financial reporting and analysis, account reconciliations, statutory filings and liaison with tax, social insurance and corporate authorities. Her background combines accounting and operational finance experience with strong organisational and management skills. Elena holds an LCCI Level 3 qualification in Accounting and speaks Russian, Greek and English.

Agathi joined Neurone Capital in 2025 as an Accountant, supporting the company’s bookkeeping and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Neurone, she spent several years with Evoserve Auditors, where she worked with local and international clients operating across investment holding, trading and regulated sectors. Her experience includes audit procedures, the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, account reconciliations, VAT reporting and payroll administration. Agathi is ACCA-qualified and holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Cyprus.

With a background in auditing at PwC Milan and KPMG Luxembourg, Pietro has experience in the Real Estate and Private Equity industry, specializing in accounting, valuation, international tax structures, and consolidation processes.

After joining Neurone as Finance Manager, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, expanding his expertise with a more entrepreneurial perspective and gaining deeper insights into the tech sector. Prior to Neurone, Pietro worked at Mileway, a Blackstone portfolio company, overseeing financial processes for the Italian logistics platform. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bari and is a certified auditor and accountant.

Investment banking professional with over 16 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and executing M&A and financing transactions with a cumulative value of over $100bn.

Started his career at Lehman Brothers / Nomura in the TMT team. Joined Goldman Sachs in the London M&A team and subsequently in the New York M&A team and advised on over 30 transactions across multiple sectors involving M&A, equity and debt financing, including IPO of a SPAC. Emanuele speaks Italian (mother tongue), English and French. Holds a degree and MSc in Economics and Finance (with honours) from Bocconi University and HEC Paris.
